What does the skin need after summer?
If I ask you about summer right now, you'll probably say, "Oh, where is that?" Unless you're one of those fall vacationers who likes to wait until the temperatures drop and the crowds die down before heading out on your summer vacation, you've probably been carefree and enjoying the summer months and causing some skin problems.
It is influenced by a multitude of environmental factors, skin care methods and lack thereof, and of course, the consumption of more or less suitable foods and drinks for its health.
What happens to your skin in summer and how to rebalance it?
Although it may sound a bit contradictory, one of the most pressing problems is skin dehydration . To solve the problem, the first advice is definitely to use intensive moisturizing serums, drink enough fluids and, of course, the always welcome use of nourishing moisturizing masks (a super natural solution is a honey mask - apply a thin layer of honey to damp skin, wait twenty minutes and rinse it off with plenty of cold water).
Another pressing problem is the effects of the sun's rays.
