Bilo je pozno popoldne…
Ko sem se s telefonom v roki od srca nasmejala.
Nek tip mojih let je na TikToku razlagal, kako sploh ne razume današnje mladine.
Pravi, da v nedeljo zjutraj na sprehodu z otrokom srečuje študente svežega videza, ki z matcho v roki mahajo proti fitnes dvoranam, medtem ko je naša generacija ob teh urah šele dobro prihajala domov.
V Združenih državah, kjer je posnetek nastal, verjetno s trebuščki, polnimi burgerjev. Pri nas pa s kebabom ali burekom.
Ko sem to pokazala sinu, se je samo nasmehnil: »Mami, a se ne moreš sprijazniti s staranjem, da gledaš TikTok?« Me je kar zasrbelo, da se usedem pred računalnik :).
To niso več isti časi
Danes ima vsak občutek svoj zrežiran protokol. Obstaja navodilo, kako dihati, kako spati, kako se zbujati. Vsak teden nov recept za srečo.
Vse deluje, dokler pravila ne preglasijo občutka, dokler urnik ne prevlada nad trenutkom, ki ga živimo. Telesu štejemo korake, ure, a pozabljamo prisluhniti, kaj nam telo sploh pripoveduje.
Življenje se je počasi spremenilo v seznam opravkov, v občutek, da moramo vsak trenutek izmeriti in ovrednotiti, ki naj bi prinesel ravnovesje. A namesto miru se širi nemir. Uredili smo si življenje po tujih receptih in zamenjali notranji ritem za urnike in protokole. Več njih. Posnemamo prakse, ki so nastale daleč od tukaj, in jih spreminjamo v dekor. Vse izgleda popolno, a pogosto brez prave povezave z okoljem, v katerem bivamo, brez občutka za ritem, ki ga nosimo v sebi.
Mir, kot so ga poznali ljudje pred nami
Na našem koncu sveta se je mir učil iz življenja samega, iz ritma dela, gibanja in letnih časov.
Nastajal je med vsakdanjimi opravili: med hojo po gozdu, ob pripravi hrane, ob delih, ki jih je narekovala sezona. Azijske prakse so lepe, vendar izvirajo iz drugega sveta. Prevzeli smo jih, ker smo za hip pozabili, da smo imeli svoje. Tukaj je bilo gibanje del dneva, molk naraven premor med opravili, delo pa način, kako se je človek povezal z naravo in s sabo. Telo se je umirjalo skozi gibanje, v ritmu hoje, v delu na polju, v skupnem petju in v tišini, ki je sledila. Um se je umiril v občutku, da ima vse svoj čas in pomen.
Delo z zemljo kot sodobna meditacija
Tudi danes se lahko k temu ritmu vračamo, brez da bi morali ponavljati preteklost. Pred kratkim smo na posestvu pripravljali permakulturne modele za naslednje leto.
Bili smo v stiku z vonjem sena in kompostom, ki se je nabiral iz kuhinjskih odpadkov, s hlevskim gnojem, ki ga hranimo v posebnih gomilah, da iz njih nastane humus. Med delom smo merili razdalje, obračali zemljo, se pogovarjali o vrstah, ki jih bomo prihodnje leto sejali, in sproti iskali nove rešitve. Zrak je bil svež, zemlja mehka, vse je dišalo po življenju.
Takšen stik z zemljo ne zahteva velikega prostora – dovolj je majhen košček, kjer človek začuti vpliv, ki ga ima delo z zemljo. Tam se mir začne vračati. Iz gibanja, iz vonja zemlje, iz občutka, da ustvarjamo nekaj, kar ima smisel in prinaša življenje. To je stik, ki daje dodano vrednost, tudi v obliki kakovostne hrane, ki zraste iz prostora, v katerem delamo z mislijo in srcem.
Prisotnost v malih opravilih
Delo z zemljo, vrtnarjenje ali permakulturni kotiček na terasi nas vračajo v občutek prisotnosti, ki ga v digitalnem dnevu zlahka izgubimo. Tudi ročna dela, popravljanje, oblikovanje, delo z lesom, niso le opravila, ampak način, da telo ponovno začuti svet, ki ga oblikuje. V tem je sodobna oblika istega miru, ki so ga poznali ljudje pred nami: ne v mirovanju, temveč v gibanju, ki ima smisel.
Ko iščemo mir drugje
Vse pogosteje mir iščemo v praksah, ki prihajajo od drugod. Dihalne vaje, rituali tišine, jutranji obredi delujejo, a pogosto govorijo jezik, ki nam ni domač. Njihova duhovnost je odprta in lahkotna, a človek, ki išče mir, včasih potrebuje nekaj bolj oprijemljivega. Nekaj, kar zadiši po domačem, po zemlji, po prostoru, ki ga razumemo.
Antropozofija in misel o povezanosti
Zaradi osebnega stika z waldorfsko pedagogiko sem se že pred leti srečala z antropozofijo.
Dolgo sem jo razumela predvsem skozi vsakdan te pedagogike – skozi ritem, sezonske praznike, način gibanja in dela. Nisem je posvojila, ker sem praktični človek; svoje ravnovesje raje živim, kot ugotavljam, kaj o njem pravijo drugi. A nagovorila me je kot misel, ki povezuje telo, delo in svet okoli nas.
Če bi morali temu, kar tako vztrajno iščemo, dati ime, bi bilo najbližje prav tej misli. Ker izhaja iz prostora, kjer živimo, iz ritma, ki ga poznamo, in iz odnosa do narave, ki nas oblikuje. V tem je nekaj domačega, nekaj, kar vrača mir v življenje samo.
Miru se ne da vpisati v koledar
Zgodi se med stvarmi, ki jih pogosto spregledamo. Ko si vzamemo čas, da nekaj naredimo, ne da bi to sproti dokumentirali. Ko iz sestavin, ki jih poznamo po vonju in teksturi, nastane nekaj, kar pomiri – jed, pijača, izdelek. Ko se roke premaknejo, da ustvarijo, se telo sprosti, misli se umirijo in dan dobi svoj smisel.
Pomembno je, da si kdaj dovolimo skreniti iz urnikov. Da obstajamo brez načrta, brez aplikacij in brez cilja. Da se usedemo z ljudmi, ki jih imamo radi, odpremo steklenico vina, rečemo nekaj preprostega in se nasmejemo. Da ne pozabimo, da mir ni vedno tišina. Je tudi v glasnem pogovoru, v hrupu večera, v dotiku in druženju, ki je del naše kulture.
To je tisti socialni, človeški del, ki nas dela edinstvene – občutek, da pripadamo, da delimo, da smo živi.
Naša, domača, sezonska meditacija
To ni meditacija, kot jo poznajo knjige, temveč naša, domača, sezonska, resnična. Ne potrebuje popolnega urnika ali jutranjega rituala v beli opravi. Potrebuje le prisotnost. Da si dovolimo obstati, poslušati šepet narave, sezono, sebe.
Skrb zase raste iz kraja, kjer živimo
Iz zemlje, ki jo obdelujemo, iz ljudi, s katerimi delimo vsakdan. V malih opravilih, v dotiku, v vonju po dežju in lesu. V tem ritmu se vračamo k sebi in k prostoru, ki nas oblikuje. Ko to občutimo, se mir ne zdi več cilj, ampak naravni del življenja. Kot letni časi, ki se vračajo znova in znova.
