Delivery

Orders placed and confirmed during the week (Monday to Friday) are expected to be dispatched within 1 to 4 working days as batches are prepared fresh and on the fly. We will do our best to get the ordered products to the selected address as quickly as possible.

Delivery is free for orders over €40.

The delivery price for orders up to €39.99 is €3.90.

The indicated prices include VAT.

We are not responsible for delays on the part of the delivery service provider or for damage to the packaging. Please inspect the received goods upon delivery and notify the delivery service of any defects or damage as soon as possible. Together with the delivery service, you will write a report on the damage to the shipment. A written complaint for visible damage must be made immediately upon delivery of the shipment. A written complaint for hidden damage must be submitted no later than 7 days after delivery of the shipment.

He delivers packages for us GLS Slovenia (General Logistics Systems, logistic services, d.o.o.), which usually delivers orders the very next working day after the shipment is dispatched. Shipment tracking is available here. 

We also use the Services from time to time Post of Slovenia especially in cases where the customer wants delivery on Saturday. In this case, the shipment is sent registered.

In case of objective reasons, technical or other errors in the procedure and in case of force majeure, we reserve the right to a longer delivery period. In these cases, we undertake to inform the client accordingly of the delay in delivery.
